When creating provisional restorations, color can often appear inconsistent due to variations in the substrate shade and the thickness of the provisional material. I’ll walk you through how I managed both the provisionals and the final restorations to achieve even, natural-looking color—all without making a new provisional implant abutment by utilizing the patient’s existing one.
