Implant Esthetics: Managing Tissue and Color Without Surgery

This patient presented with an implant crown exhibiting discolored ceramics and uneven tissue heights. In this case, we demonstrate how ideal tissue emergence profiles were achieved, overcoming multiple challenges, without the need for additional soft tissue or bone surgery.
